Conewango Creek Water Trail
Water trails are recreational waterways on a lake, river, or ocean between specific points, containing access points and day-use and/or camping sites for the boating public. Water trails emphasize low-impact use and promote stewardship of the resources. Explore this unique Pennsylvania water trail.
The PA portion of the Conewango Creek was designated by the PA Water Trails Partnership as an official PA Water Trail in Jan. 2011. This partnership is a working group among the Pennsylvania Environmental Council, PA Fish & Boat Commission, PA Dept. of Conservation & Natural Resources and the National Park Service.
