The local Oil Creek Chapter of Trout Unlimited will be hosting an Aquatic Invasive Species (AIS) and Conservation Workshop on March 7th at McKeever Environmental Learning Center in Sandy Lake, PA. This is a great opportunity for the community to learn about the threats of AIS and what they can do to help prevent the spread. We will also have presentations on temperature and water quality monitoring and the importance of riparian buffers. For information see the brochure found HERE.
