Conewango Creek Watershed Announces Annual Meeting

The Conewango Creek Watershed Association (CCWA) invites members, volunteers, sponsors, the public and local community leaders from PA and NY to attend our free annual meeting on Tuesday, March 11, 2025. Its free to all. Please provide your name, number coming and a good phone no.

The meeting will take place at the Warren County Conservation District building, 4000 Conewango Ave., Warren, PA 16365 in the Heather Wilcox Education Center. Spicebush Swallowtail Butterfly

Our keynote speaker, Jeff Tome, Naturalist and Environmental Educator will be sharing information and answering questions about “Landscaping for Butterflies and Other Critters”. This program will focus on turning your yard and neighborhood into a habitat for many varieties of butterflies using native plants, shrubs and trees to create diversity of life that visits your yard, including bees, birds and more, even if you have limited space!

We would like to thank The Plaza Restaurant and Blueberry Hill Golf Course for donating gift cards, to be used for food or their famous pies, which will be awarded as door prizes! Bob Evans, Arbor House and Sue Nielsen have donated food. A light supper with chili, bread, and other items is provided (also free)
